Registration is now open! Join Us! Working with Hospice and Palliative Care patients is rewarding work, and for many, a calling. At the same time, end of life care can be overwhelming for the new, and not-so-new professional. This morning workshop will include presentations, a panel of seasoned hospice and palliative care professionals and time for questions and answers, all designed to support interdisciplinary hospice and palliative care, professionals.
