After 15 years of generous support of Fast Facts and Concepts and EPERC, the Medical College of Wisconsin is no longer going to be the webhost of Fast Facts. Starting early 2015, Fast Facts and Concepts are going to be hosted at the website of the Center to Advance Palliative Care (www.capc.org). Keep your eye on the CAPC website to find the Fast Facts and Concepts subdomain!

During this period of transition, the Fast Facts and Concepts library may not be available on the internet for a brief period. Please trust that all published Fast Facts will soon be freely available at www.capc.org in early 2015. Remember that all published Fast Facts will remain available through the free iOS Fast Facts app, available at: bit.ly/getfastfacts.

Fast Facts will remain a FREE resource, accessible to anyone, and will not be part of the new CAPC Membership structure.

We, the editorial board of Fast Facts and Concepts, are grateful for CAPC's generous support of Fast Facts and look forward to our new web-home.

Fast Facts will continue to be cross-published in the Journal of Palliative Medicine.
